Terms & Conditions

  • Advance payment is required for one off jobs.
  • Payment must be received within 30 days of the date of the invoice for retainer clients.
  • Payment can be made via cheque (payable to Mrs Rita Gupta) or by BACS (bank details can be provided)
  • Business House Secretarial Services is not responsible for the end use of any document produced or edited by us. Clients are solely responsible for its appropriate use.
  • Business House Secretarial Services retains the right to reject work from clients which contains material Business House Secretarial Services finds to be illegal, or inappropriate.
  • While Business House Secretarial Services take all precautions to ensure the safekeeping of clients items clients should noted that it is done at their own risk and on their behalf. We do not accept any liability of any loss or damange to their items
  • Business House Secretarial Services is happy to sign any confidentiality agreement required
  • Business House Secretarial Services do not accept any liability for any errors in typing or transcription. Although we proof read material before transmitting it to the client, it must be noted that the final proof reading and checking of transcription is the responsibility of the client.
